Tips of lower corners chipped, 1 lower margin slightly chipped, not affecting text, small old ink spots to 1 page, all text legible, a few tiny red spots to margin of last page, a few margins lightly dusty, otherwise a very good copy. In the fifth essay, the author urges emigration to America "What Brave Spacious and Fertile Countries has His Majesty in America.., Not one beggar to be found in all Virginia, Maryland, New-York, New-England nor any of the Neighbouring Plantations".
