Full leather binding; edges ruled in gilt; red and black title blocks on the spine, also ruled in gilt. Clean text; 399 pages; illustrated. Pages toned but very clear and unfoxed. Goldsmith's wonderful writing can still be enjoyed as it was origially presented. Showing its age, with rubbing at margins, some small chips, and a split spine corner; a bit splayed..
