In very good green decorated cloth with black patterns around edges and gilt images of features of Bristol. The boards are very tight, straight and quite clean. "The Clevedon Community Bookshop Co-operative Bindery Team" have put in new mull and new book cloth over the spine and reattached the original. The edges and spine are strong. The Team have also reinforced the end papers and finished off with a black plackett. The end papers are black and a little marked and the front free end paper is a little creased. The cut edges are tanned. The text block is printed in two columns and profusely illustrated in black and white; frontispiece present.
