R. Hale, 1942. Hardcover. Acceptable/Good. 1942. First Published. 159 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over green cloth. Black and white photographic plates throughout. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and plates have light tanning and foxing throughout. Pencil inscriptions to front pastedown and endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Clipped jacket has light edge-wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking.

SIGNED presentation copy from the author to front endpaper "With the hope that in happier times some Corpus men may, occasionally (after ? lecture).... or even catch the great trout at ? Green cloth, gilt with what appears to be a library number label to tail of spine amd Collegium Corporis Christi bookplate to front pastedown with no other library markings. Illustrated. Spine is a little faded and board extremities a little worn. Contents are clean and sound.
