Outer laminate is slighly loose and a slight spine cock, slightly loose hinges, owner's label on front endpaper, and some pages lightly tanned around the edges. Otherwise bright covers and no other marks or stamps. Whitman, Racine, WI., 1957. Hardcover in Printed Boards w/o Dust Jacket as issued. A nice bright copy. Very little damage and only minimal wear to extremities. Cover is very clean with only minimal rubbing. Corners are sharp with only a tiny bit of wear. Spine extremities are straight and not bumped. Cover is firmly attached to book and interior hinges are unbroken. The only issue with the cover is there is a very small piece of the glossy laminate missing near the top of the front board near the spine. On the top of the back board in the spine hinge, the laminate has cracked a tiny bit, but is intact. Pages are browning as is very common with Whitman editions. A particularly nice copy.
