Hardcover, green cloth boards decorated in yellow on front and spine exterior shows minor scuffing and bumps to the cloth covers as well as edges and corners. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues though there is a slight pulling at the title page and frontispiece. Pages are toned due to age but are clean. Pictorial end pages and front and rear are clear of any handwriting or bookplates. Also included between the pages was a typed letter from Lynn Pierson and dated September 2, 1995. This may just be a letter from one relative to another but as it was found carefully tucked between the pages it will stay with the book.
