Hardcover, bound in blue cloth titled in gilt on the spine, in a pictorial dust wrapper featuring a color illustration by Chagall on the front and back panels. The covers are bumped and lightly rubbed along the edges. 192 pages, with 50 full-page color illustrations after paintings by Chagall and an original color lithograph bound in the front of the book. A previous owner's inscription is penned on the front endpaper. Very good.
