Barrett on the front pastedown, a descendant of Ozetta Peltier, dated 10-93. Witten as a doctoral thesis by Father Joseph Murphy while at the University of Oklahoma; at publication it was the first major work available to the public on The Citizen Band located in Oklahoma. ?
