John ''Stickeen'' Janes' narrative, describing his 1874-75 journey from San Francisco to La Paz and his observations and activities in Lower California (Baja Peninsula). With annotations and an introduction by California historian, Anna Marie Hager. [Baja California Travel Series, no. 28]. Printed by Grant Dahlstrom at the Castle Press, who was responsible for many fine books produced for the Book Club of California, the Huntington Library, The Sacramento Book Collectors Club, Dawson's Book Shop, Jake Zeitlin, and many others.
