Universal City, CA: Universal Pictures, 1949. Final Shooting script for the 1950 film, here under the working title "I Love Louisa." Copy belonging to an unknown crew member, with substantive manuscript ink and pencil annotations throughout, and a manuscript ink annotation on the front wrapper reading "Copy from which we mimeod [sic] Final Script / 12/19/49." An older woman is involved in a love triangle with a grocer and her son's boss, to the displeasure of her family. Red titled wrappers, noted as Final Shooting Script on the front wrapper, dated December 19, 1949. Title page present, noted as Final Screenplay, with credits for screenwriter Stanley Roberts. 131 leaves on onionskin stock, rectos only. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Very Good plus, bound with three gold brads.
