Colonial Williamsburg, 1941. 8.25" X 5.25" in full leather binding with 5 raised bands and a leather spine label. Minor rubbing at corners, spine ends, etc., but overall very nice condition: NEAR FINE or better condition. This book was intended to mimic books written hundreds of years earlier. The type face is archaic-looking; even the paper looks like laid paper. A very handsome volume! 406pp.. 3rd Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/No Jacket.

Richmond, VA: August Dietz and his Son, 1935. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good-. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, full leather bound with gilt on front and spine. Leather responded and worn and has a repaired tear which goes from the rear board to the edge of the spine. Marble end pages in front and rear, both hinges are cracked at front and rear boards. The remaining binding is good and pages are tight. Paper is very toned due to age and type of paper used. A unique book as the font and style is made to look like it came from colonial Virginia. Signed by the author on the second front end page where his quote is printed.
