One spirited girl drives the jaunting cart, while her male passenger admires the other passenger, a girl in white with ostrich feather hat and parasol. An alert collie rides along. Fisher was a highly popular early 20th-century illustrator. Despite its flaws, the ad would still mat and frame up nicely. A fun addition for the tack or carriage room.

Foreword by James Carrington, with portrait of Fisher following. Light rubbing to boards, offsetting to endpapers. Plates bright and clean.
