Laid in to the book is a letter from Toronto's legendary Albert Britnell Book Shop, dated 1987, fulfilling a customer's special order for this book as well as the credit card receipt for its purchase. Also laid in are previous owner's design plans for his own rowboat, a list of desirable characteristics for the boat, and a list of possible sponsors and sources of expertise. Quite wonderful.
