The Ward Ritchie Press; Edwards & Williams; & The Progress Press. Very Good. 3 volumes in slipcase. Desert Yarns (1946) numbered 56 out of 250, very good hardcover with no jacket. Into an Alkali Valley (1948) flat-signed by author Edwards on 1/2 title page, also with original typewritten letter tipped in, addressed 'Dear Colonel' and hand-signed 'Eddie' at the bottom, discusses the history of 40 copies of this publication originally destined to be Christmas gifts and then lost by the wayside for years. Pamphlet numbered 171 of 250. Desert Treasure (1948) is hardbound with a clear protective cover and includes the scarce supplement (1949) laid in. Quite a lovely little set of hard-to-find titles. This slipcase does not appear to have been customized for these three titles, but is how we received it from Mr. Brundt.
