Last page has tin foil stuck to reverse side. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Rust mark to top edge of front board. Clipped jacket has moderate edge wear with chips, tears and creasing. Tanning to spine and edges.

A nice inscription in ink to first page. Mild tanning to pages, with darker browning to front and back endpapers. Text clean. Binding sound. Dust-jacket admits to a number of small chips and tears, along with some soiling and mild spotting. Despite all this, this remains a charming copy
