VERY GOOD. A clean and well-bound copy. Small notation on front pasted endpaper, no other markings, Pages clean, supple and near fine with very little toning or foxing. (Title page, printed in red and black is lightly toned.) Full calf leather binding with title and volume gilt-stamped on leather spine labels. Gilt rules and ornamentation also stamped on spine. Cover is moderately worn with some scuffing and edge rub but is overall very good. Lovely hand-marbled endpapers. Binding and hinges firm, intact and straight. The book measure 5-3/4 x 8-1/4" and contains48 pages of front matter (including title, Translator's statement "Al Principe Nuestro Senor".
