Clean pages, illustrations and plates with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. Moderate tanning to free endpapers due to dust jacket flaps. Pen inscriptions to front pastedown and free endpaper. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Lettering is bright and clear. Minor sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Visible wear marks to boards.

A gorgeous book in remarkable, almost flawless condition. 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 inches. 84 pages.

Clean and well bound. No inscriptions annotations or marks. Dust jacket has been repaired at the top of the spine and along the lower front edge. Colour drawing as frontis. Illustrated throughout with b&w line drawings, caricatures and photo plates. Spine is sun faded.

A touch of rubbing to the bottom edge and tiny bruises to the bottom corners. Internally there are crossed out inscriptions to the front and rear endpapers and a hint or toning to the endpapers where the dust jacket does not cover.
