A bright and lovely copy of this OZ book. Housed in supplied dustjacket from later edition (probably 1946) the rear flap of which lists titles to "The Magical Mimics in Oz". Jacket shows smudging and a small area of chipping to top and bottom of spine. A beaitiful copy of one of scarcer OZ books, and arguably, one of the most romantic tales by an author who once said he didn't believe the romance between adults should have much place in children's literature.
