Card covers are chipped along the edges. A very good copy of this history of The Church House, originally incorporated in 1888 as the Church of England's permanent tribute to Queen Victoria. Illustrated with b/w line drawings and a floor plan of the church, and an Introduction on its history and aims, by the Bishop of Portsmouth.
