Binding slightly rubbed, with loss to the gilt date at bottom of spine, head of spine rubbed, corners rubbed and slight shelf wear to edges, frontispiece slightly shaved at outer margin, with loss to black border lines, no loss to image, tip of lower outer corner of title page neatly repaired, occasional pale staining to margins, a few margins a little dusty, otherwise a very good clean copy.
