London : Swan Sonnenschein & Co , 1891 . First Edition . Very Good . 8VO . Two coloured frontises of maps of England and Wales and a separate one for Scotland. Potter was to marry Sidney Webb the next year and went on to a formidable Socialist career. Overall light wear but rear joint extensively split but holding nicely. Spine faded, remains of label on lower spine. Scarce, particularly in the first printing.
