New York: The Macmillan Company, 1926. First Edition, Fourth Printing. This book is a first edition, fourth printing Pulitzer Prize winning novel. Measuring approximately 7.75" x 5.25" with 320 numbered pages.

This book is in very good condition. Minor bumping to both ends of spine. Gilt lettering on spine still full and vivid. Moderate staining to both boards. Minor bumping and chipping to all corners of boards. Minor scuffing to top edge of textblock. Previous owners book plate on front pastedown. Minor staining on front endpapers. Minor staining on rear pastedown and endpapers.

His Family tells the story of a middle-class family in New York City in the 1910s. The family's patriarch, widower Roger Gale, struggles to deal with the way his daughters and grandchildren respond to the changing society.
