New York: Rinehart & Co., 1951. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good +/good. 6 x 8 in.xiv, 370 pages. Blue cloth boards. 1st printing with Rinehart 'R' on copyright page. Signed on ffep with an inscription "To Marjorie and Fred Howe, with thanks for their patient listening to my tirades, Henry F. Howe". (author's parents?). Condition is VERY GOOD+ ; looks new on all points. Binding tight and text unmarked. Dust jacket is Good, light wear at edges, losses at spine ends, spine toned, covers lightly soiled, in a mylar wrapper which has an orange dot with scotch tape at base of spine, not price-clipped ($4.00). Stax.
