About This Item

New York: American Jewish Labor Council, 1948. Pamphlet. [32p.], staplebound booklet, minor corner wear, otherwise very good. Lists frequently heard anti-Semitic tropes, and seeks to counter them by describing Cohens from various walks of life. Concludes with an appeal to get local unions and other organizations to pass rules banning the circulation of anti-Semitic and racist literature. Includes simple cartoons by the artist Ad Reinhardt, better known today for his abstract expressionist work.
