Ink stamp from previous owner on half title page. Some page edges show shelf wear and small rips. Minor spots of foxing or soiling, mostly on thin paper sheets over plates.. Red cloth over boards with gilt title and designs. xii; 84 pp text + LVII (57) BW plates. Gilt along top page edging; some deckled edgings. A beautiful catalogue detailing Japanese painting, Chinese landscape painting, and India-Ink painting. Includes appendices on the historial periods of Japan, Chinese dynasties, and a list of Chinese characters for important Japanese and Chinese names.
