Hardback book is tight clean and square. Boards sharp and clean. Bump to head and foot of spine, title gilt perfect. Text block clean, with light toning to edges. The pages are crisp and unblemished. Feels lightly read. Very good condition. The jacket has some minor rubs to edges and joints, and a small closed tear to the head of the front panel. The jacket colours are bold and the volume presents well in the hand. Overall a very good book. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. This book is fitted with a non adhesive archival quality book protector to make a worthy addition to your collection. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A very good book club copy of this, the first book in the River World series.
Synopsis

It won a Hugo Award for Best Novel in 1972 at the 30th Worldcon.
