Random House, 1948. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Fine. FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING. Hardcover, no dust jacket. Black and red cloth cover has gold foil stamp on face and spine. The boards are very straight and clean and spine shows a small amount of wear and has signs of sunning. Pages show his slight amount of discoloration due to age, but are clean, unmarked, and firmly bound to the spine. There is very small amount of foxing on the face edge only in a couple of places, but hardly noticeable. This book is in very fine condition.
Synopsis
The Young Lions a 1958 film based upon the 1949 novel of the same name by Irwin Shaw, and starring Marlon Brando, Montgomery Clift, and Dean Martin.
