Kenosha, WI: John Martin's House, Inc., 1945. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The interior of the book is clean and tight. It shows very little use, but the paper has darkened. The illustrated board covers show light edgewear overall, with more wear and rubs to tips and corners where the cardboard is exposed. The dust jacket is not clipped, but has also darkened and gas several tears and chips. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: "This is the story of young Arne's training in knighthood. Sent at the age of seven to the castle of his father's good friend, he started as a page boy performing menial tasks, How youmg Arn became a squire and finally won his spurs forms the basis of the story.
