Charles Scribner's Sons,m New York, 1968. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. The volume has a light spine crease, a small bookseller's label on the rear pastedown, and two grades of paper were used in the printing resulting in edge shading. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a sleeve, has light rubbing and shallow abrasions on the spine ends.
