london hodder & stoughton 1938 G first edition. original orange boards with fading gilt titling to spine which is heavily sunned. the edges of the board are faded. no dj. corners are slightly bumped. both ends of spine are rounded with small loss. all pages present. text is clean and tightly bound but the endpapers are grubby and foxed. isolated foxing to edges of textblock. pp244.
