Black leather binding with gilt lettering and illustration; top-edge gilted textblock; 298 pp.; frontispiece; richly illustrated. This copy is signed and numbered by the author. It is number 1455 of 2500 printed. Frontispiece is of Alexander Hamilton, and titled "New York's Greatest Citizen.
