About This Item

Philadelphia: Philadelphia Chapter AIA and T Square Club, 1925. Hardbound. G- (Has moderate wear to bindings; text block clean and tight but may have half of spine material missing or quite loose; boards, however, seem secure and page surfaces are clean.). Brown paper over boards, with gilt lettering and design; 276 pp. with mostly bw illustrations and advertisements throughout. Represents the work of architect and designer members of the clubs. Includes vintage photos of various buildings, interiors and exteriors and some floor plans, predominantly in the Philadelphia and Main Line area, but others are included as well, including New York City. Many advertisements, too. A slice of early 19th-century life. A good book for browsing despite the cover condition. Uncommon.
