About This Item
New York: Thomas Y. Crowell Company [0-690-00269-6] 1974, 1st edition. (hardcover) 466pp, [1]. Fair in good dust jacket. 4to. Red cloth boards, lettering in gold to spine, illustration blindstamped at center of top board. A couple small blemishes which betray this copy as ex-libris: darkened spots at head and foot of boards where dust jacket was once taped; paper transfer from previously removed pocket on ffep; small 4-digit number rubber stamped to title page. Gutters starting; remaining secure, albeit shaken. With B&W and colour illustrations and facsimiles..
