Taipei, Taiwan: Taipei Fine Arts Museum, 2012. Softcover. VG (Ex-library, with no markings, in Like New condition.). Brown and pictorial wraps, French flaps, 248 pp.,, many color & BW illus. With an illustrated fold-out timeline, "Chronology of Chen Cheng-po," tucked into the rear cover flap. Text is in Chinese and English. Issued in conjunction with a 2012 exhibition held at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum in Taiwan. Features the work of Taiwanese painter Chen Cheng-po (1895-1947), who "was a pioneer in the development of Taiwanese modern art and the first Taiwanese painter to be selected into the Japanese Imperial Art Exhibition." (foreword) With essays by Lin Yu-chun, Jessica Tsaiji Lyu-Hada, Chiu Han-ni, and Christina S. W. Burke Mathison.
