Book - Good condition. Maroon cloth over boards with gold gilt on spine. Light edge wear, some corner wear. Some staining on end papers, plus ink name and date. A little bit of water wrinkling on last few pages of Index and Maps. Text is clean and binding is good. A good reference book.

Dust Jacket - Fair condition. Much edge & corner wear, plus some rubbing and bumping.

588 pages including Index, plus Maps section.
