Signed by Lawrence Welk in bold black pen at the bottom of the ffep with a signature with a flourish; not personalized to anyone. Volume itself has red covers with two different colored bubbles flowing up the front cover from bottom to top. There is gilt lettering on the spine that is fully readable. 294 pages, contents consist of four parts, twenty-three chapters; part one, The Farm; part two, The Road; part three, Chicago; part four, Television. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Dj is not price-clipped! There is chipping and wear at the head and tail of the spine and corner wear on the dj. All in all, a quite presentable and serviceable, author signed, copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
