8vo, red orange cloth with gilt titles, 512pp. Price clipped dust jacket. Special Kentucky Edition, limited to one thousand copies, signed by the author to the colophon in front. Stated first printing. Flyleaf page appears torn out. A large damp stain to boards and front endpapers, pages lightly rippled. Substantial discoloration to reverse of dust jacket and soiling to front flap, however outer panels of dust jacket show no staining, only mild creases to edges and spine. A presentable copy, less defects, looking nice in mylar.
