Octavo. 6.25 x 9.25 in. 192 pp. Near fine in the original green vinyl boards and green cloth binding that have only minor edge wear, and a very good pictorial dust jacket that has a minor chip o the lower front corner and mild wear on the lower edges. The interior pages are clean and free of foxing. A stated "First Edition" of Rutledge's history and memoir of his home along the Santee River in South Carolina.
