Free of creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of any underlining, hi-lighting or marginalia or marks in the text. Free of ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, or labels except as noted above. A handsome copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing very mild wear and minor unobtrusive imperfections: clean, sturdy, and quite presentable. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 12mo. (7 x 4.5 x 1.3 inches) . Frontispiece Engraving. Edited by George Long Duyckinck. The text regulated by the Folio of 1632; with readings from former editions, a history of the stage, a life of the poet, and an introduction to each play. To which are added glossarial and other notes by Knight, Dyce, Douce, Collier, Halliwell, Hunter and Richardson. Dated from introduction. Pages bright and clean and free of markings, soiling or staining. Bound in publisher's Green cloth over boards with embossed panels and backstrip and Gilt Titles at the backstrip. Top Edge Gilt.
