Gilt tooled outer board edges. Marbled endpapers and block edges. Life by William Hayley. Edited by T S Grmshawe . Illustrated frontispiece. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Heavy water staining to frontis and pre title page. Slight staining to upper margins. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners. Spine ends extremely crushed with heavy splits to joints. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Water staining front and rear. Torn spine labels. Gilt is bright.
