Sabin 29987. Shaw & Shoemaker 20274. The first collected edition of Hamilton's writings, including a number of very important and fundamental documents. Contained herein are: Report of the Secretary of the Treasury on Public Credit (1790), Report on a National Bank (1790), On the Constitutionality of a National Bank (1791), Report on the Subject of Manufactures (1790), Report on the Establishment of a Mint, The Federalist (which comprises the entire second and most of the third volumes), and Letters of Pacificus. In the case of the reports, these generals comprise the second edition of each, often the first generally available.
