Brown cloth with titles and crown of thorns design stamped in gilt on front boards. Top edges gilt. Frontispiece portrait illustration of Thompson. xv, 228 pp. From the library of American poet Dudley Poore (1893-1982) with his signature on front free endpaper. Poore was a US Army ambulance driver in France during World War I, as was his Harvard college buddy and traveling companion, John Dos Passos, with whom he sojourned in Spain after their military discharge in 1919. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
