Macmillan. Hardback. 901pp. Engraved frontis. with tissue guard. Full red leather binding prettily decorated with raise bands to spine. Gilt titles to spine with a small gilt device to the remaining compartments. Gilt to all edges. Marbled endpapers. St. Paul's Girls' School monogram device in gilt to the front and prize label to endpaper. Bound by Bumpus: a very attractive leather binding with its restrained detail. Some slight scuffing. Small patch of more pronounced wear to the front. Slightly sunned to spine. Very clean and sound. Very good copy . Hardback. 1832.
