Jan 01, 1886. hardcover. Fair. Copyright 1886 Van Antwerp, Bragg & Co. Pages have age tanning throughout that does not affect legibility. No highlighting, underlining or marking. Pages do have usage/shelf wear with chipping and folds to edges. Cover has usage wear, with chipping to edges. Shelf wear, rubbing, and fading to front and back. Spine does have splits to front and back cover seams, fading, and heavy shelf wear with rubbing, but is still holding the book together. No dust jacket issued. Overall this is an acceptable readable enjoyable copy.
