Separate printing of a word game brain teaser that appeared in Collier's Weekly where the reader completes a five or six-letter word by providing the last two letters with only a brief definition as a clue. Created by Alexander Lichtentag. There are 27 puzzles and an answer key. A predecessor to word games popular in the early 21st century, like Wordle and Spelling Bee (both via New York Times). This separate edition not located in WorldCat as of June 2023.
