About This Item
New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1928. A splendid collector's copy of the First American printing in original dark blue cloth with red titled cover and spine enclosed in a decorative green and red border. A truly exceptional copy that appears to have never been read with tight binding, no rubbing, clean and bright text, bright red topstain with no sunning. The dust jacket is bright and fresh looking with the only flaw noted being a small abrasion on the upper left front cover that apparently had a sticker at one time. One won't find a fresher or better copy than this. See photos. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Fine/Fine.
