West Warwick, R.I.,: Necronomicon Press,, 1988. First Edition. Submitted to Weird Tales by CAS in 1933, THE WITCHCRAFT OF ULUA was rejected by Farnsworth Wright as being "too erotic." Smith rewrote the tale excising the naughty bits and it was accepted in October, 1933. Informative 2-page introduction by Steve Behrends. This is the first publication of the complete version.
