1952 hardcover as pictured. Binding is firm. Green cloth boards are soiled, rubbed and worn with fraying of the hinges and head and tail of spine. Front and rear hinges are cracked. Writing on front endpapers. Text is tanned and mottled. Some pages are dogeared, a few are stained and at least one page has been repaired with clear tape. Nevertheless, the book remains very readable. Your purchase helps support our small village library. s
