SIGNED by the author on the title page and dated December 2002, shortly after its October 14 publication. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. The dust jacket is price-clipped and there is a slight trace of sticker residue over the bar code on the rear panel of the dust jacket, else the jacket is clean with no chips, tears, or creases. The dust jacket is now in a protective, removable, acetate cover. This is a very nice copy. Charlie Lewis' parents move to a farm at the foot of the Blue Ridge mountains after World War II, near Charlottesville. Just six years old when Charlie moves, he "discovers his personal version of heaven." ; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 233 pages; Signed by Author .
