Well bound, front fly partially torn away, partial damp staining to portion of text. Frontispiece and title page discolored with apparent tear now mended. Light age toning, text is quite readable, and complete. 72 pages. Rare, no OCLC listings, no reprints, no print on demand copies. Scans of book available.
